The 4 Phases of The Sober Pad

Phase One: First 30 Days at The Sober Pad

Curfew is 10 PM

 

While on Phase One, you will need to complete a daily planner Monday through Friday each morning, all of which will be collected at the Wednesday Night House MeetingYou will be required to attend a minimum of 5 meetings a week and have your meeting sheet signed.

 

Meeting sheets are to be turned in the Wednesday Night House Meeting.

You are expected to hold down a job, attend school and/or volunteer at least part time, regardless of how their program fees are being paid.

 

You must have an approved, local, active Recovery Program sponsor within two weeks of arrival. You may get a temporary sponsor at first if need be.

You are required to get a home group and a commitment at that home group.

While on Phase One and Two you are not eligible for Overnight Passes or extended curfews unless with family or for court. We will verify these two things before approving the request.

Phase Two: Minimum of 31 Days living at The Sober Pad

Curfew is 11 PM

​

While on Phase Two, you will no longer have to complete a daily planner or meeting sheet.


You will be required to attend a minimum of 4 meetings a week.


You must still be working, volunteering, or attending school.


You must be meeting your sponsor on a weekly basis.


While on Phase One and Two you are not eligible for Overnight Passes or extended curfews unless with family or for court. We will verify these two things before approving the request.

Phase Three: Minimum of 61 Days living at The Sober Pad

Curfew is 11 PM Sunday through Thursday and 12 AM Friday and Saturday

 

While on Phase Three, you will be required to continue attending a minimum of 4 meetings a week and continuing to meet your sponsor on a weekly basis.


You must still be working, volunteering, or attending school.


You are now eligible for Overnight Passes, which will be approved based on your behavior during the preceding weeks and your plans for the pass. All program fees must be up to date, or you must be adhering to your payment plan to be approved.

 

Phase Four: Minimum of 91 Days living at The Sober Pad

Curfew is 12 AM

 

While on Phase Four you are required to attend a minimum of 3 meetings a week.

 

You are eligible for Extended curfews and Overnight Passes! Approval is based on your behavior during the preceding weeks and your plans for the pass. All program fees must be up to date, or you must be adhering to your payment plan to be approved.

**Meeting with your Sponsor or Sponcees and attending church counts as meetings but IOP and Therapy do not.
